Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping may also be available for selected destinations.

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 Business Days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country's courier service.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • Eligible products or promotional offers may include free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's website.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Modetrix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges.
